Athletic Training & Medical Clearance

 
 
 
In order to receive clearance to participate on any intercollegiate athletic team at Finger Lakes Community College, every student-athlete must complete the following:

 

 

In compliance with the NJCAA, all student-athletes must pass a physical examination administered by a qualified health care professional licensed to administer physical examinations. 
The physical exam is valid for 13 months from the date of its administration. Student athletes must maintain a valid physical for the entire duration of their participation.

All paperwork MUST be completed AT LEAST ONCE WEEK PRIOR to the start of your season. You may not participate in any team workout, open gym, tryout, practice or game until you have received medical clearance through the FLCC Athletic Trainer.
