Intramurals

The Intramural Sports at Finger Lakes Community College is designed to provide an opportunity for all students, faculty, and staff to participate in organized recreational competition. The goal is to provide all students a positive experience through a diverse selection of activities that will fit their athletic and fitness needs while providing a safe and healthy environment. We are committed to developing safe quality programming that will encourage student learning beyond the classroom setting.

The FLCC Intramurals Program wants its participants to know that they have the right to expect a fair opportunity to participate while maintaining a high level of sportsmanship and respect for the overall intramural program. Each participant should also be aware of the inherent risks, rules, guidelines, procedures, and policies of the intramural sport or activity they are participating in. Failure to abide by any guidelines set forth by the FLCC Intramural Program may result in removal or dismissal from the sport/activity or the entire intramural program. All participants are responsible for their own actions and will be held responsible for them.

Who can participate?

All current FLCC students, faculty, and staff are eligible to participate. All FLCC students who are currently participating in an NJCAA Athletic Sport are not eligible to participate in that related intramural sport (example - member of FLCC Basketball Team NOT ELIGIBLE to play in 3 on 3 Tournament or in the 5 on 5 Basketball League). All participants will need to have a College I.D. Card to show that they are currently enrolled at FLCC in order to participate.

For more information, please contact Jeff Weaver, the intramural coordinator.
