Defeated by the Hawks
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – The Finger Lakes Community College Men's Soccer team was defeated by the Mohawk Valley Community College Hawks on Wednesday. The Lakers lost 10-0.
It was a tough game for the Lakers on Wednesday. The Hawks dominated the entire game. Within the first minute and a half of the game, the Hawks put their first goal on the board. It would be more of the same throughout the rest of the game. The Hawks scored five goals in the first half, and five more in the second to finish the game out with a 10-0 score.
Game leaders for the Lakers were Phillip Narraway, Delain Geist, and Dominick Morey each with one shot, and Goalkeeper Zach Payne with 13 saves.
The Lakers will travel next to Onondaga Community College on Saturday, September 14th. They will play at 3:00pm.
