Bio

Franklin Clark assumed the role of head coach of the softball program at FLCC in the summer of 2023. With a deep committment to the development of student-athletes, Clark looks forward to working with the student-athletes at FLCC.

With an impressive 35-year tenure as a Physical Education teacher in the Victor Central School District, Clark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the softball program. Clark has served in various softball coaching roles from the modified to varsity level. Additionally, Clark has played a role in local travel organizations like the Victor Vipers, conducting hitting clinics and defensive team practices.

Clark's background extends beyond softball, having excelled as the head coach for the girls and boys volleyball and basketball programs at Victor Central School. 

Clark resides in Victor, New York with his wife of 34 years, Christine. He is proud of his three children: Lindsay who previously played Division I softball at Hofstra University under NFCA Hall of Fame coach Bill Edwards, Lacey who has an established career as an Occupational Therapist, and Cam who excelled in volleyball at SUNY New Paltz and recently finished his MBA.
