Bio
As a three-sport athlete in high school at Dundee: Strait was a member of the women’s soccer, basketball, and softball teams. During her senior year as a standout guard on the varsity basketball team at Dundee, Strait was awarded Bird’s Eye Player of the Year, was voted Most Valuable Player of the Ronald McDonald game, and was a First Team All-League selectee. Most notably known for becoming a 1,000 point scorer in high school, she brings with her to FLCC the ability to become a pure scorer and impact player on the offensive end of the court. Growing up in a disciplined household, Strait attributes her successes on the court to the work ethic that her father instilled in her at a young age. Her disciplined work ethic on the court could lead her to becoming a star player in the Mid-State Athletic Conference this season and beyond. The freshman is currently majoring in liberal arts and sciences. Her career goal is to become a nutritionist.
