HENRIETTA, N.Y. - The Finger Lakes Community College women's lacrosse team fell to 0-2 with a loss to Region III foe Monroe Community College Wednesday evening. Lakers freshman Marissa Russell (Waterloo, N.Y./Waterloo) led the way for the Lakers on offense netting the Lakers two goals of the game, one of which came off a feed from classmate Brianna Cronberger (Waterloo, N.Y./Waterloo).
The Lakers will hit the road for their next game at Onondaga Community College on Monday, April 15th before opening up at home against the Cougars of Genesee Community College at 6:30 PM on the FLCC Multi-use Turf on Wednesday, April 17th.
