Beyond her athletic achievements, Klenk has a rich background in coaching. She has volunteered at various local organizations and camps, including coaching high school athletes at a summer camp hosted by her college. She has also organized youth races during the cross-country season. Her love for track and field extends to all aspects of the sport – from the diversity of events to the unique atmosphere of practices and competitions, and the challenges and balance it brings to life. Jessie is thrilled to dive back into the track and field world with her new role at FLCC.

When not on the track, Jessie enjoys the beach and the great outdoors, with a special fondness for the shores of her home state, New Jersey. She shares her home with her kitten named Colby Jack. Professionally, Jessie has a background in the medical field and currently works as a Laboratory Technician at Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester, while also serving as an EMT.
