FLCC Women's Volleyball Presents Kids and Parents Volleyball

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. - The Finger Lakes Community College women's volleyball program and head coach Andrew Solomon are proud to announce the inaugural year of the Kids and Parents Volleyball (KAP) Program. KAP Volleyball is a unique approach to learning the sport of volleyball. For each 1-hour session, a parent/adult mentor will attend and participate with their child. Parents must be fully dedicated to being actively involved in this program. Each training session will build upon a solid foundation of all fundamental skills needed to participate in volleyball.

To ensure program success, parents/mentors must be engaged in every training session and home training between sessions. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with your daughter and learn the sport that she loves alongside her!

Due to the personalized approach of this program, spots are limited. Only 12 participants (plus 1 parent each) will be allowed per age group.

· Learn how to become engaged in the training of your daughter

· Learn to use keywords to effectively teach and reinforce sound volleyball fundamental skills

· Teach youth how to analyze each of the skills' mechanics and make effective adjustments

· Have fun learning with your daughter!
