Nick Julien was hired as Finger Lakes Community College's next Sports Information Director in September of 2021. Julien will be responsible for promoting all 17 of the Lakers’ sports teams, shining a light on the accomplishments of FLCC’s student-athletes and coaches, both on the field and in the classroom.

Julien is a current senior majoring in sport management at St. John Fisher College in the Rochester, N.Y. suburb of Pittsford. In his career, he has orchestrated live streaming coverage of Section V high school sports games online.
Julien has extensive experience creating social media content and leading social media campaigns through a recent internship with Section V, and he has also created, edited and managed content on various high school sports websites.
As an intern in the Avoca/Prattsburgh athletic department, Julien orchestrated the department’s live streaming of home games while also providing game updates to viewers and fans of the athletic department.
Julien is excited to bring his expertise, his drive, and his passion for working with FLCC’s student-athletes, coaches, and fans to his new role. His first day on the job will be Tuesday, Sept. 7.
