Finger Lakes Women’s Volleyball to Host Fall Tune-Up Camp

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – Finger Lakes Community College women's volleyball is hosting a Fall Tune-Up Camp from August 11th–13th, 2025, for girls entering grades 7th through 12th. The camp will run each evening from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at FLCC's newly renovated gymnasium on the Putt Moore Court.

Designed for players eager to sharpen their skills before the school season, the camp offers competitive drills, alternate scoring games, and plenty of reps and match-style play. Participants will receive instruction on the latest techniques in serving, hitting, passing, setting, blocking, and defense.

The camp will be led by FLCC Head Coach Andrew Solomon, a four-time NJCAA Region III champion and the 2024 Region III Coach of the Year, along with Assistant Coach Maddy Fredendall, a former FLCC and Nazareth University standout and 2018 Empire 8 champion.
