2005-06 FLCC Men's Basketball Inducted into Finger Lakes Hall of Fame

The 2005-06 Finger Lakes Community College Men's Basketball Team will be inducted into the Finger Lakes Community College Hall of Fame on Friday night.

Led by current Lakers Head Coach Richard Jones, the FLCC team won the Region III Championship. It is still the only basketball title in school history. That year's team set a school record with 25 wins as well.

The Lakers were led by Ryan Herny and Juan Paulino. Henry, a 2013 inductee into the FLCC Hall of Fame, still holds the school record with 688 points and 210 assists that season. Juan Paulino led the nation with 739 rebounds during the the 2005-06 season. It was and remains a Finger Lakes record and ranks as one of the top five rebounding seasons in NJCAA history. Paulino also totaled 634 points that season, third most in school history.

The 2005-06 Lakers consisted of Brandon Anderson, Akeem Anthony, Ryan Henry, Chris Herpich, Robert Hudson, Larry King, Ian Milam, Juan Paulino, Justin Radcliff, Christopher Stratton and Ryan Weser. Coach Jones was assisted by Jeff Weaver.
