Men's Soccer Gets Back on Track

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. - After a tough battle with No. 6 Genesee Community College on Tuesday, the Lakers looked to get back on track in their match against the Roberts Wesleyan JV. The Lakers did just that, coming out on top Thursday night with a 3-1 victory, bringing the Lakers record to 6-4 on the season with six games remaining on the regular season schedule.

The Lakers had goals from Chuck Domm (East Rochester, N.Y./ East Rochester)Nate Masucci (Rochester, N.Y./ Greece Athena) and teammate Kayden Servais (Holley, N.Y./ Holley) to round out the scoring on the day. Also for the Lakers, Chuck Domm added one assist to his total, while Carson Williams (Avon, N.Y./ Avon) led the team in assists with two. 

Goalie Josh Hadcock (Mexico, N.Y./ Mexico) got his first start in goal on the season, allowing one goal while making five saves to secure the win for the Lakers.

The Lakers return to action Sunday, Oct. 3rd in a conference matchup against Tompkins Cortland Community College with a 1 P.M. start time.
