CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. - The Finger Lakes Community College men's soccer team hosted the Bryant & Stratton – Buffalo Bobcats on the FLCC multi-use turf Tuesday evening in a non-region match. The Lakers, who are on a two-game win streak, aimed to extend their winning streak and improve their home record to 4-2.

The Lakers would strike shortly after on a costly Bobcat penalty in the box that led to a penalty kick opportunity for the Lakers. Freshman Marius Dalidet (Oullins, France/ Saint-Thomas D'Aquin-Vertias) would take the shot and convert to give the Lakers an early 2-0 lead. Freshman Joao Antonio Rocha converted on a pinpoint pass from teammate Daniel Medina (Mexico City, Mexico/ Tec Monterrey Santa Fe) to extend the lead to 3-0. The Lakers would go on to carry their advantage and momentum into the break.

Going into the second half, the Bobcats put the pressure on, but the Lakers' defense would hold strong to keep a clean sheet and earn their third-straight victory.
