CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. - The Lakers men's volleyball program remains undefeated at home with an unblemished record of 4-0 on the Putt Moore Court as the team prepares for a road trip to Glen Ellyn, Il. for the College of DuPage Invitational. The Lakers hosted the Golden Eagles of SUNY Brockport Club for the team's first matchup this season and would earn a clean sweep to improve to 11-2 this season.

The win capped off a special day for the Lakers who commemorated the 2023 FLCC men's volleyball team who claimed the inaugural NJCAA Men's Volleyball National Invitational Championship. The ceremony included the return of Jonah Grbic, 2023 NJCAA Most Valuable Player, who transferred to Roberts Wesleyan University following his sophomore season at FLCC. Former head coach Andrew Solomon, who earned 2023 NJCAA Coach of the Year honors, returned to the Putt Moore Court to celebrate the Lakers' historic season.
