In the men's 4x100-meter relay, the quartet of Peck, Del Angel, Trost, and Sherman placed 5th overall with a time of 47.89.

The Lakers will return to the Utica area next weekend for the NJCAA Division III National Championships, hosted by Mohawk Valley Community College at D'Alessandro Stadium (Proctor High School). Several sophomores, including Grace Holmes (7th in pole vault) and Terreque Davis (4th in high jump), will look to build on their performances from last year's national meet.

Davis will compete in both the long jump and high jump, while Jason Hunt-McLean joins the field events in the javelin. On the track, Dylan Peck, Edwin Del Angel, Timothy Trost, and Charles Sherman will represent the Lakers in the 4x100-meter relay.

On the women's side, Kayla Dunstan will take on the 10,000-meter run, and Jadah McCarthy will line up in both the 100-meter and 200-meter sprints. Grace Holmes returns in the pole vault, and freshman Madisyn Everdyke rounds out the group with entries in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles.

With a deep 2025 roster and postseason experience on their side, the Lakers women's team is aiming to improve upon last season's 7th-place national finish.
