Lakers Women Claim First-Place at SUNY ESF

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Finger Lakes Community College logging sports team traveled to SUNY ESF Saturday, October 29th for a meet at the Mighty Oaks Tully Field Station. For the first time this season, the women's logging sports team claimed the women's division first-place finish at a meet. After coming just short in their home meet in October with a 3rd place finish, the Lakers have claimed the evasive first-place finish. The men's division would take 2nd at the meet out of 12 teams.

The Lakers are back at in on November 5th when the team travels to Paul Smiths College in Paul Smiths, N.Y.
